When it came time to take things to the next level with a project in a prestigious newly developed part of Havelock North, they turned to the team at the Tile Shed to ensure they created spaces that were elegant, modern yet timeless, inviting and designed to be functional with quality materials.

For the two ample bathrooms the Bottega tile range in Caliza was selected due to its soft creamy buttery tones and by combining different tile sizes and textures, all while keeping the colour the same, they were able to create spaces that were modern with understated elegance.
The Kitchen Splashback was the perfect choice.......
When you enter the kitchen of this outstanding home you will see that same emphasis on quality and it is evident with the mosaic tile that wraps all around the massive bench space.
The silver Klif mosaic tile from Atlas Concord isn't the obvious choice but it's subtle colour combined with the intricate triangle cuts make this eye catching and yet understated.
It's part of the Klif range of tiles and it's suitable for both floors and walls......you will see this same mosaic in the floor of our showroom.
Don't forget the laundry!
A good work space is essential but it shouldn't be the space that lets you down after all the effort that you put into the other areas of your home. Gary and Helen have ensured this Havelock North home isn't let down by a single inch of it's generous 287 square meters and the laundry is a good example of this.
Again using the Bottega Caliza on the floor, ensures a hardwearing waterproof floor that is not only functional but it looks amazing as well. The walls are protected by one of our best selling tiles, Magma White. It's designed to look handmade and slightly aged, a look that is very on trend at the moment.

Yes of course I'm talking about that alfresco entertaining area that would make you the envy of all your friends.
The outdoor fire brings this property to the next level with the large fire made with natural stone. The Maxstone cladding black stone was a perfect choice for the exterior of this exceptional home. With the black and cedar cladding the stone balances this look and is functional and like porcelain tiles the stone can tolerate the heat from the fire.
We are delighted for Gary and Helen at how well this home has come together and the team who worked on this project enjoyed every moment. It's lovely to hear clients say that your showroom feels like their second home.
