The Spica 400x600mm porcelain tile range brings the look of hand-laid herringbone brickwork into an easy-to-install sheet format. With softly worn edges, earthy tones and gentle surface variation, Spica creates a warm, handcrafted effect without the complexity of laying each small tile individually.
Available in two colourways, Spica Colours Light offers a softer blend of ivory, pale grey, beige and warm neutral tones, while Spica Mix introduces richer terracotta, taupe, rust and weathered clay shades. Both options feature a matt finish and V3 variation, giving the finished space natural movement and character.
Designed to be grouted between the pre-formed gaps, Spica allows you to choose a grout colour that either blends softly or highlights the herringbone pattern. Suitable for walls and selected floor areas, it is a beautiful option for feature walls, splashbacks, fireplace surrounds, entryways, dining spaces, covered outdoor-style living areas and statement commercial interiors.
Design Style
Primary style: Rustic & Natural - Rustic
Spica has a weathered, clay-brick character with earthy tones, worn edges and a handcrafted look. It works especially well in rustic, Mediterranean, farmhouse, relaxed café-style and natural interiors.
Secondary style: Boho & Maximalist - Moroccan / Zellige influence
While it is not a true zellige tile, the handmade variation, irregular feel and patterned layout give it a decorative, artisanal quality that suits layered, character-rich spaces.
Also suitable for: Contemporary Organic, Industrial, Mediterranean, Rustic Luxe, Coastal Organic and Global Eclectic interiors.
NB: This tile is available to view in our Hastings showroom and can also be viewed in our Taupō showroom on request.
