Expert advice. Beautiful tiles. No guesswork.
To provide accurate pricing, we’ll need:
The product you’re interested in
How much you need (usually in square metres)
Your location (for store direction or freight)
Your contact details
Once you have those handy, head to our Contact Us page and we’ll take it from there.
Most tiles are priced per square metre (m²), making it easy to calculate costs and compare different sizes.
Decorative tiles and mosaics are usually priced per piece or sheet — our team can always calculate the equivalent m² and help estimate quantities.
We source tiles from Italy, Spain, Brazil, the UAE, and Asia. Country of origin influences design style, variation, and price — but quality is always our priority.
Italy: Premium design, high variation, exceptional realism
Spain: Strong design focus, excellent ceramics and décor
Brazil: Unique, fresh styles with great mid-range value
UAE: Clean, contemporary design with excellent quality
Asia: Great value, carefully selected for performance and durability
Porcelain is a type of ceramic tile with lower water absorption and higher durability, making it suitable for more applications — especially floors and wet areas.
Yes — but coordination matters. Using floor and wall tiles from the same range ensures colours, tones, and patterns work beautifully together.
If aligning grout lines between floors and walls, careful planning is essential due to nominal tile sizing.
Rectified tiles are machine-cut after firing for precise sizing and straight edges. This allows for narrower grout jointsand a sleek finish.
Because edges are sharper, correct installation — ideally with a levelling system — is essential.
Yes — especially for large-format or plank tiles. A levelling system reduces lippage and ensures a flatter finish.
Tile faces refer to how many unique patterns exist before a design repeats.
Entry-level tiles: 1–3 faces
Premium tiles: 20–30+ faces
More faces = a more natural, less repetitive look.
Variation describes how different each tile appears:
V1: Uniform
V2: Slight variation
V3: Moderate variation
V4: High variation
Higher variation creates a more natural, stone-like appearance.
Matt: Soft, non-reflective
Satin: Smooth, silky matt
Polished / Lappato: Reflective, elegant finish
Glazed: Protective top layer (matt to gloss)
Structured / Roccia: Textured, ideal outdoors
Grip: High slip resistance for external areas
Class 1: Wall only
Class 2: Light residential floors
Class 3: Busy residential floors
Class 4: Heavy residential & light commercial
Class 5: Heavy commercial traffic
Your tiler is always best placed to calculate quantities based on the layout.
If you don’t have a tiler yet, bring measurements (and photos if possible) into the store, and we’ll help estimate quantities — including a sensible allowance for wastage.
Keep spare tiles safe — they’re gold for future repairs.
As early as possible. Once you’ve chosen your tiles, we can forward order them for you.
